Dance + My thoughts

Nothing particularly special happened today, with the exception that Cheryl accompanied me home to take some stuffs (which was in the study room where my cousin + his dad was sleeping in so I didn't want to go into the room and take it in case I wake them:/) and we were back in school in half an hour! Yay!

And there was dance♥! We had new members! :D Initially I thought there was 4girls and 2guys, turned out there was TEN girls and 2 guys. So both Danielle and I got a bit of shock when there was twice the number of new members than we expected:/

I loved today's dance lesson, it was awesomeee.

Firstly there was the fun from new members, dance room is all crowded (not sure if its a good thing, actually) and unfortunately, noisy. (But nevermind.) Plus Laoshi kept making fun of our two new male members. And Laoshi allowed us to play the funny random walk/run around game, plus old members get to slack a little while the new members attempted to learn the easy parts of our last year's speech day dance.

But dance lesson itself was fun, because we did PT at the start. I'm very happy, WE ONLY DID ONE BRIDGE!!!!! Bridge really hurts my back when laoshi wants us to do 3 times in a row, each for dont-know-how-many-counts-of-eights gahhh. So it was less intensive than usual(: One bad thing is having Dance on the same day as PE though, but its probably worse for all the sports CCA. Although Dance is considered performing arts, we pant all the same.

And then something a little retarded + irritating happened, so Danielle Aisyah Gaya Nar and I were all laughing about it somehow. EWWWWWWWWWWWW. I don't want to talk about it here haha. Then Danielle and I stayed back till 6:30pm in the dance room, having fun chatting about loads of random stuffs.

That was all about it for the day.

I finished Mastering Physics! Except for the 3-mark OEQ assignment. :)

Random thought #2

My 19 years old 堂哥 is staying overnight in my house (for a few days of CNY) since he's from Malaysia. Well, we don't really talk and he just sits on sofa read book/ watch tv, or play the most boring game on notdoppler.. pity him. And I figured that my cousin is actually pretty fine-looking and very guai. Which suddenly made me think of what will happen if phlegm stays in Cheryl's house.

HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR! :D

-oops, suddenly realised i didn't update about dance. this part was added in on.. tuesday(:-

On Friday, tadah there was dance performance. So all the dancers reached early to rehearse and yahdidah. And then we had to help each other put on makeup, and now I know how to put both eyeshadow and mascara perfectly well on Danielle:D Cause her eyes are slightly different. Lets just call her unique, to please her. Anyway, Gaya's and Nar's eyes are super pretty. :) Esp after mascara too. Their eyelashes are so long! And I chipped off like 0.3mm of the eyeliner, which is probably worth 40c or something. Gel chipped off about 1cm+ in total, but thats because she helped mostly everyone and herself with the eyeliner lol. So at the end of the day we finished using our entire eyeliner, which was newwww because I only bought it the day before! ): And it costs $9.90 lol.

Dance performance was okay, as in seriously okay because our rehearsals are about thrice worse. At least I only screwed up my (unfortunately, favourite) double turn, so it was quite minor. But everyone made mistakes at different time... that's why it looked so messy on the actual day, I'd think. But still great job, all dancers(:(: Next up is Speech Day!

P.S. Danielle I'll seriously need you to teach me all the steps I missed out):. Can you stay back on Weds? Thankssss(:

So after CNY celebration, Jaryl and I went to watch Inkheart! Inkheart was really quite cool, although certain parts was a bit lame. It's like, if they can make whatever they read come true, and they can read what they write, then they might as well be able to control the entire world or something. Unless I got some parts of the movie wrong. But its quite cool still yeah;)

Friday was really really awesome too. We literally soak our feets in the mini-pool thing on the top level (at Vivocity.) and chatted till night time when we got hungry. .__. and ate at superdog! I like the fries still:)

And I was looking through the lousy shots of the BBQ we took on Sat.. somehow it was very hilarious:) The quality was real bad though, cause it was really dark and taken by a handphone camera haha. But yay we all had fun.
Anyway, the BBQ was super super fun. You can read Danielle/ Cheryl/ Hanisah/ Mariel/ Tricia's blog for more:)

Cheryl came earliest, at 3:30pm. She fried an egg(: Actually it was quite nice, except she added a whole lot of light soya sauce haha! So when Weining came, she was like, "Why the egg a bit salty arh." Anyway, Weining reached at about 4pm? :) She bought Cheryl and I a pink flower each:D Pretty, thankyou! Then Jaryl Clayton Stanley came at.. 4 near 5pm? All of them were in my house btw. We started playing Monopoly, Jaryl & Chua vs Cheryl & Weining vs Clayton & Stanley. And we owned:D Yay! Btw ChongWei came whilst we were playing monopoly. About 5:15pm or something, cause he fell asleep at home hahaha.

And yeah I was feeling all awkward, cause lets just say I'm not used to having guests in my house when its all in a mess):

Er. So we went downstairs to the lovely BBQ pit when Pan popped out from no where. Seriously. .__. I just suddenly saw him at my doorstep. Oh Mariel suddenly appeared out from no where too. :D So the guys brought the trolley (with all the BBQ stuffs) to the pit while the girls helped me to carry the drinks/ chicken wings etc up. Should be the other way round right! Haha. So blah blah blah happened, and then while Weining and I went to get ice we met Danielle Hanisah Ada Heidi! I was very happy to see Danielle (when I was feeling all panicky) so I went to hug her yay:D So we got the ice and tahdah our drinks were cold. Thanks Weining for being so awesomely helpful. (:

Then right after I got back to the pit Tricia called to say she reached, then I had to run back and fetch her over:D But it was really fun when everyone was around. We BBQed all the food, and I think the guys didn't want to cook cause all the girls were surrounding the pit. (Basically I agree with Hanisah about the funny barrier.) Anyway, Taiyu and Tony popped over (I didn't even speak a single sentence to Tony, I don't even know who he is but Taiyu wanted to call him over in case he gets bored) and all of us went to play blind mice! Very very very fun. Danielle keeps screaming. Oh and there was this period of time when Mariel Ada Heidi Tricia laughed DAMN LOUD, all of us could hear them from a distance away. Giggling monsters. :) That was when BERNADINE cameee!!! *happy* Cause she had to have a reunion dinner with her family first, then decides that she can't miss out our party and joined us:D

Pity I didn't take a group shot of the guys. Maybe next time, I'll bring a camera down:D. And yeah ALL of us were playing on the playground, amazing it didn't collapse. Pan was super good luh, he got caught only once or twice? :/ Then Danielle will keep screaming also haha. And Jaryl will climb to all the high places ie on top of the slide. And Chongwei will climb to all the weird weird positions. Then TaiYu and Weining will always catch each other. And all the girls will hide at the same slide hahaha!

But everyone (mostly) told me they had lots of fun anyway, so perhaps I'll be able to organize more in the coming year(: Like after exams in May! :D

Thanks everyone for helping to clear up too! Esp Heidi Tricia Stanley since they were the last three to help me throw away the rubbish and brought the stuffs up to my house:)

Yesterday was CNY eve! Helped prepared some food, did some housework like polishing the sofa, even shopped too:). I stepped out of the mall with one bag, a pair of earrings, one belt, one pants, two dresses! All within like 2 hours or something. I wanted to buy a pair of heels too, but I didn't come across anything particularly nice. :/
And my cousins came over to my house for reuinion dinner! Steamboat, yum. And I suddenly realised why my reunion dinner consists of only two families, its because my dad only has one brother. The rest are sisters. :o

And today is CNY! :) This morning I woke up early to pan-fry the nian gao to eat. :) But for some reason we left the gas leaking overnight:o (thankfully the windows are open and the bedroom's the opposite side from the kitchen), I had to change the gas to the other tank and for some reason it didn't work properly. :/ So I spent half hour trying to switch on the gas instead of frying the nian gao-_-.

And my sisters are still sleeping like pigs! ): So I'm still at home. But dad says we don't have to travel too much this time round cause we're cutting down the number of places we're going, so cheers to my feet. :)

Stuffs.

Today was a reasonably happy day. :)

Had Dance in the morning, Laoshi showed us how our SYF costume looks like. Maybe I raised my hopes too high or sort, but I didn't like the costume. ): The colour's not that nice, and its so tight fitting, we'll probably look like power rangers on stage. I hope the cloth's royal purple with glitter to cheer me up:D

Anyway, I met with Jaryl at Somwerset and we had lunch at Cineleisure, Kobayashi! Among the two of us we had a scramble, an omelette, two bowls of rice, one plate of beef, two ice lemon tea. Yum! :) *happy to go out*

Then we went to meet ChongWei, Cheryl, and Weining at Orchard MRT station before heading to Botanic Gardens via Bus! :D It was pretty fun, really. We ~~plucked~~ picked leaves from the ground. Anyway, after collecting about 10+ leaves, we headed to the Heeren to have Subway. :) Got my favourite IceLemonTea + Sprite drink which came with my Subway Meal (which I promptly shared with Jaryl because I was too full.), Jaryl got a peach-and-green-apple Slurpee from 7-11, Weining got some mango dessert, Cheryl some weird milk desert, and Chong a full meal despite going having a buffet for dinner afterwards!
Laughed a lot though, because we kept talking about the people we didn't like (very much) in School. It was so funny, especially about Weining saying M* having a "cute face" ROFL. So Jaryl and Chong were like, "okay on monday we go tell M*" and Cheryl said, "Orh-hor by Tuesday whole school will know le". Poor Weining, getting teased(:
FUnnn!!

Went back to Cine with Jaryl for dinner (because mum and dad was out and I have no dinner at home) at Pastamania yay. Their sphagettis are nice:D. Slacked a little here and there and we went home.

After reading Hanisah's blog, I kind of think Mr. Ho actually makes a nice (and funny) mentor. Either that or he has already adapted to (the horrors of) 08308/ 09408. Horrors = all the "waa-ings" and funny sounds/jokes made by the guys.

I'm just not suitable for that kind of enviroments.

And I tend to joke with a perfectly normal tone, I hope you all get me. :)

Chua Cheryl Weining Hanisah Ada Bernadine Heidi and I went to JP today to have lunch at Pizza Hut! :) And we played I never again, just to finish up all the food. And yay, we really did finish every scrap of the pizzas and soup and drumlets. Yum.

Lunch today at Pizza Hut! :D About 7 of us went, and after everything, we were so full that we played I Have Never in order that our food wouldn't be wasted. I kept arrowing Bernadine.. and it was really very amusing. She hated the olives, and I made her eat 3 or 4 olives during the entire game. xD

Me: I have never... been afraid of sharing soup with friends.
(the only thing that was left was a bowl of soup that everyone was sharing, and one olive in the pizza pan.)
Bernadine: ADA!! I HATE YOU. (eats the olive) Oh yuck, the taste is so strong! (gulps down Miranda Orange) And you know I don't like this drink either!!

After that a series of unfortunate events happened, which the old and feeble me can't be bothered to type out because I'm pissed.

Child elopers' Africa plan foiled

Two German children - aged five and six - have been stopped by police from eloping to Africa to tie the knot in the sun, reports say.

The budding lovebirds, identified as Mika and Anna-Lena, packed bathing costumes, sunglasses and a lilo and headed for the airport.

They even had the presence of mind to invite along an official witness - Anna-Lena's seven-year-old sister.

The three got as far as Hanover railway station before police intervened.

The young couple were "very much in love" and had decided to get married in Africa "where it is warm", police spokesman Holger Jureczko told the AFP news agency.

The idea for the getaway wedding was born as the children's families celebrated New Year's eve together and Mika regaled the two girls with stories of a recent holiday to Italy.

The following morning, as their parents slept, the intrepid trio walked 1km (0.6 miles) to the local tram station at Langenhagen, where they hopped aboard a tram for Hanover central station.

But the group aroused the suspicion of a guard as they waited for a train to the airport, and police were called in.

Officers persuaded the children they would not get far without tickets and money, but consoled them with a free tour of the police station, where they were shortly picked up by relieved parents.

Although any marriage plans have been put on hold for now, police did not altogether rule out the possibility of an African wedding.

"They can still put their plan into action at a later date," AFP quoted the spokesman as saying.

Post.

I haven't really posted a proper post for ages, because I wasn't so happy the past few ~~days~~ week due to random incidents. ): Which nastily reminded me of some of the worst moments in my entire life (and it wasn't a very happy feeling but those that makes me get pretty demoralised blah)... but nevermind, we'll move on to a happier topic.

So I took pics (and finally uploaded) the neos Feyra Gerlynn Gerbelle and I took like, ages back.

And today was Orientation Day One! I want to try out being an OGL some day, but station masters aren't too bad either.. provided you get a nice station, which mine was. :)
Three blind mice! Basically the class selects three leaders to guide the blindfolded class through a obstacle path made by tables, chairs, nylon and raffia string, each with a different purpose:D. I'm glad (most, if not all) the Year 3s enjoyed it. :) All the spraying water, then sitting on balloons to make the 'pop' sound and hearing screams:/ gagah. It was fun, okay. :)
So I took random snapshots again. I think my favourite 09' year 3 class is 308!

Here's what my team did to the classroom. Suppose to be two, but we cleared up the other side before I took a pic. Practically messed up the entire classrooms with tables and chairs placed at random locations. And the light stick even leaked, because the wonderful Jong threw it up the air (thinking it was as heavy as the CP ball..) and the light stick hit something, whatever it was.

Random Snapshots. I can't tell which class is which. But ta-dah, they're blindfolded! :D Watch em' climb the chairs, under the raffia string, crash into different tables and chairs, breaking rules...

We did have fun, but I still felt as though it was a little unfair for SLs to miss classes. ):

Anyway, I plaited Gerlynn's hair on Sat! :D

It's NEAT, isn't it? :D Reminds us that we're ex-NHPS students. :)
I haven't had my hair plaited for ages. >__<

CCA practices are going to increase to thrice a week. :(
And I can't wait for laoshi to teach us the dance...!

And our costume are purple, according to laoshi!
Can't wait.
And CNY dance is like, hard. :( The dance steps are simple, but the chou keeps getting stepped on or knotted. And its so heavy, keep swinging your hands up and down..
Anyway, I was happy cause Edmund called and told me some nice news:)

Cheryl, some guy was lending out BGC for 40 million! T.T And boonsiong's items were with you!!! Haha.
Oh btw Tricia and Mag, you know the funny person who neomailed me this long random message? S/he neomailed back saying something like "*gasp* OMG Roller Coaster Designer?!" or something. And today I received a even more random one, which goes..
"Subject: Your Xweetok... Message: I don't mean to be a pest.. but could I donate a tube of Itchy Scratchy Cream for it? I can't stand to see Baby Pets sick.. It hurts me like that. Also, I must say.. Very nice guild you've created.

Yipee.

I laughed when reading John's blog again, cause it was like, lab ray zapped his kau to halloween, so he placed an image there and commented, "Nice right?". The next day it got zapped to robot, so he placed another image, and posted "Nice right?" again.

Anyway, yippee to Christmas presents. I realised some of the chocolates I received from Christmas were nice after all (after chilling them in the fridge for like 1 week plus). I like the dark choco with caramel inside!

Today was fairly busy, I didn't get any odd questions even though I reached home back at 10:30pm, on the first day of school:D
Meanwhile Sis and Mum both went to buy a pair of crocs each, on sale-_-... all the way at EXPO!

I forgot to check what HAM I'm under for Econs and Art. :( I hope my art's the same class as Cheryl/ Weining/ Gerlynn/ Tricia/ Hanisah......... And Econs with Feyra and idk/remember who else are taking the core/elective. :(

I still haven't post on EOY 200dedications! Maybe I'll work on it tomorrow- afterall, better late than never, and there's so many people I'm so grateful for.:)
